1. The service

ArchiLoopa is a curated platform offering a directory of design professionals, editorial content, an educational library (courses, videos, webinars), and a community where members can upload their own material.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Library & purchases

• Single course/video: €9.99 — lifetime access for personal viewing.
• All-access monthly subscription: €29.99/month — unlocks all library content while active.
• Free access via contribution: upload your own approved educational material and receive complimentary access.
• Free webinars: may be offered from time to time; recordings may move into the paid library after broadcast.

Prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise and exclude any applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds (EU consumers)

For digital content, you expressly agree that access begins immediately and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. Where the law requires, refunds are granted for content that is materially defective or undelivered. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Your content (community uploads)

You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content, you grant ArchiLoopa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, stream, and promote it within the platform. You confirm you hold all necessary rights and that your content does not infringe third-party rights, contain unlawful material, or include personal data of others without consent.

6. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling, or redistributing library content.
• No hate speech, harassment, or unlawful content.
• No attempts to bypass paywalls or share login credentials.
• No content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights.

7. Our intellectual property

The platform, brand, design system, and editorial content are owned by ArchiLoopa or our licensors. Paid content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; redistribution requires written permission.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchiLoopa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud or gross negligence).

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or a prominent site notice. Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the courts of our registered seat.
